Mad Malc's Tattoo Parlour operates a tattoo, body piercing and laser tattoo removal service that conforms to all legal requirements and regulations. All clients should be aware that by requesting any of the services offered they are accepting, without reservation or recourse, the conditions set out below.
- A £10 deposit is required at the time of booking your tattoo. This deposit will be refunded if you cancel, provided your cancellation is no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Tattoos: Acceptable ID is required for proof of age. We reserve the right to refuse the tattoo if we deem the ID to be unacceptable.
- Piercings: 14-17 year olds MUST be accompanied by a parent to sign a permission form. 18 and over, acceptable ID is required for proof of age. We reserve the right to refuse the piercing if we deem the ID to be unacceptable.
- Whilst every care will be taken in the design, layout and positioning of your tattoo, and you will be consulted throughout the proceedure, all tattoos, pierings and laser tattoo removal proceedures are undertaken at your own risk.
- All clients are responsible for maintaining aftercare proceedures as advised by our staff, failure to do so may result in injury or damage to the work undertaken. In such instances neither Mad Malc's Tattoo Parlour or its staff shall be deemed laible as a result of such deglect.
